Do you prefer Black or White background?

In the top corner of your computer screen you will see a Black square and a White square. If you prefer to view goodmovemate websites with a White background, then click the White square. You can change back to Black at any time by clicking the Black square.

How do I list a property for sale or to let?

1. Register on any website in our global property network and you will be able to access your account from any of our websites around the world.
2. Click on “Register” in the top right hand corner of the page or

5. Sign in to your account after you have registered and once you have signed in you can access your account at any time by clicking on “My Area” in the top right hand corner.
6. In your account will be shown all the services available to you, which are “Edit My Account”, “My Messages”, “Instant Messaging”, “Email Alerts”, “My Favourites”, “My Ads / Listings”, “Selling click here”, “Letting click here”, “Holiday Lets click here” and “Upload My Feeds”.
7. Choose the service you require and click on it and follow the instructions on-screen.
8. Selling or Letting a property takes three simple steps:
9. The first step - you choose how you wish to sell or let by clicking on the words of one of the options shown at 1 or 2 or 3.
10. The second step - you click on property or land or commercial.
11. The third step - you enter all the property details and upload your pictures and scroll to the very bottom and click on “Submit and Review My Advert”.
12. That is it. Once submitted your property will be advertised on and searchable from every one of our multi-lingual websites around the world, currently 467 websites.
13. Do not worry if you make any errors, because they can be corrected by clicking on “Edit or Remove” on your advert found under “My Ads / Listings” in your account.
14. It is advisable to have your picture file ready to upload and to create your property details in Word first, so that you can copy and paste into the appropriate boxes or you can just type directly into the boxes.
15. You will be contacted by email by anyone interested in your property.
16. You retain complete control of your property listings and XML feeds by using your goodmovemate account, where you can edit, upload or delete your property listings and feeds at any time.

Q. How much does it cost to list my home or property for sale?

A. The answer is "nothing". It is FREE to list on any site in the goodmovemate.com network. We only ask that you pay us 177 Euros when you sell or let your property through our network.

Q. Why is it free to list properties

A. We feel it is important in todays real estate market that you only pay us when we help you achieve a result, such as a sale or letting.

Q. Why is your network better than other real estate listing portals and services?

A. Apart from it being free to list on our network, all listings are given maximum exposure across our entire network by being displayed in any geographically releveant web site. So your listing appears on more than one site in the network. Additionally your listing is also "search-able" from any site in the network. So searches on russianproperty.com for properties in spain will be displayed on that site. Our network shares its listings and therefore your listings are automatically cross promoted no matter which site on the network a user is on, providing they search for the area your listing is in.

Q. I am from an estate agency, so do the same rules apply to me?

A. Yes. As an estate agent, it is free to join and list as many properties as you want. You can also have your company logo and details displayed above every one of your listings for free, so we help you to promote yourself and your business across every single site in our entire global listing network. We can also help you with bulk listing via your XML feed. Register and sign in for more information.

Q. What about if I want to list my holiday let on your network?

A. Exactly the same criteria applies except you need to pay your 177 Euros listing fee up front with holiday and short term lets. This will get you 365 days exposure across every site in the goodmovemate.com network.

Q. What if I want to sell or let my property with one or two estate agents help?

A. During the first step of the listing process we will ask you how you want to sell your property listing three options. The second and thrid options are sell/let my property with an estate agent and sell/let my property with joint estate agents. When you select option 2 or 3 you will be taken to a page listing agents for the area your property is in. When you select an agent a selling or letting instruction request is sent to that agent, upon acceptance of your selling or letting request your property will be listed on our network but all enquiries regarding it will be sent to the agent you specified. In the case of option 3 (joint estate agencies) the first agent to accept your instruction request will be the agent who's name appears in the listing and that agent will receive all enquiries from our network. The other agent will still market your property but the agent who accepted the instruction request first will be the agent that is in charge of that listing on the network and will also be responsible for paying the selling or letting fee of 177 Euros upon successful selling or letting of the property.

Q. How much does it cost to register for an account with the goodmovemate.com netowrk?

A. Registering is free just like listing. This will not change. It will remain free to list and to register on any site in the goodmovemate.com network.
